These terms govern your use of Reworq’s website and design and development subscription. By subscribing, you agree to them.
1. The subscription
Your subscription gives you access to design and development services, delivered one active task at a time per plan. You may add any number of tasks to your queue; we work through them in the priority order you set.
2. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Third-party costs such as hosting, platform seats, fonts, plugins, and stock assets are your responsibility.
3. Pausing and cancelling
You may pause your subscription when your queue is empty; unused days in the current billing period are carried over. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
4. Scope
The plan covers web, UI/UX, graphic, and brand design; no-code development in Webflow and Framer; and web software development in React, Next.js, and related technologies. Native mobile app development, large-scale infrastructure operations, and live-action video production are not included unless agreed in writing.
5. Ownership
Once paid for, all deliverables, including design files, code, and no-code projects, belong to you. We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific components, and, with your permission, show the work in our portfolio.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to provide our services. We are happy to sign your NDA on request.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate content, and the access we need, and to confirm you have the rights to any materials you share with us.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the month before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes and contact
